Doug is a retired Sales and Marketing Executive with 30 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry with Kraft Foods. Having held a number of key field sales positions coupled with experience in consumer insights, he possesses a thorough understanding of the sales process. Doug has led teams of 100+ in identifying key objectives, providing training, measuring results, as well as developing talent through coaching and mentoring.

Doug and his wife Claudia moved to Buckeye in 2017 from Seattle. Doug is a member of the Rotary Club of Verrado and since 2019 has served as President of the Verrado Rotary Foundation.
